The Place has been created to be a hub for travellers coming to the area.
Ideal for families and digital nomads alike, it offers the opportunity for relaxation, play and work.
Our guests are interesting and varied and what a treat to be able to host guests from all over the world. Whatever your needs we will do what we can to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and most importantly a local experience.
Moving away from the typical back-packer and guest-house model, we decided to create a space that offers large comfortable rooms, and self-catering options, with sufficient opportunity to keep on top of your remote working requirements.
Be sure to visit The Place on your next trip to Muizenberg.
The guesthouse is locally managed through the MUi STAYS team, offering the highest level of hospitality in the area.

The company is also actively involved in local social projects and upliftment programs. Be sure to chat to us when you are next down to find out what is happening, and possibly how you can help.
